What data we collect and why
Free sample signups. If you request a free grammar sample, we collect your first name and email address through EmailOctopus, our email service provider, so we can send you the sample materials and occasional related emails. You’ll always have the option to unsubscribe.
Testimonial submissions. If you submit a testimonial, we collect the information you choose to provide (name, email, testimonial text, and any optional details like title, company, or country) through Strong Testimonials, so we can review and, with your permission, publish it on our site.
Contact form submissions. If you contact us through a form on this site, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, and message) through WPForms, solely to respond to your inquiry.
Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type) so we can improve it. This data is anonymized and aggregated; we don’t use it to identify individual visitors.
Spam and security protection. We use CleanTalk and Google reCAPTCHA to detect and prevent spam submissions across our forms.
Fonts. Our site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files directly from Google’s servers.

How long we retain your data
We retain email signup and contact form data for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it. Published testimonials are retained until you request removal. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
